JD – Labview developer

DELOPT is looking for a Labview Developer in the Bangalore location.

The candidate should be responsible for developing and integrating automated test equipment (ATE) for embedded hardware and software systems.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and continuously improve automated tests as new system features and enhancements are introduced.

2. Execute automated tests and manage the defect log until all issues are validated and resolved.

3. Document test procedures and mentor QA engineers using the testing framework.

4. Assist in identifying, selecting, and implementing tools, technologies, and practices that enhance the QA process.

5. Ensure proficiency in using ATE and developing in LabVIEW.

Qualifications

1. BE / B.Tech – E&C
2. 4 to 7 years of experience in the development of test automation, debugging and Troubleshooting and developing

Experience

1. Hands-on experience in transforming manual testing processes into automated testing systems
2. Proficient in developing LabVIEW applications for industrial automation, control systems, or test and measurement.
3. Knowledge of system engineering tools, such as Load Testing and Defect Tracking software.
4. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and processes.
5. Experience in collaborating with service providers for test automation projects.

Technical & Process Capabilities

1. Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation.
2. Knowledge of C/C++ for embedded software development.
3. Experience with database systems like SQL for data management.
4. Understanding communication protocols such as Modbus, TCP/IP, and RS232/RS422.
